ROZMOB — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ROZMOB website and your purchase of our products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Products

We make our products in small, limited drops. Colours and finishes may vary slightly between pieces due to the nature of our materials and washes. These variations are part of the product and are not defects. We do not guarantee restocks.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, and to correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a refund. Prices and availability may change without notice. Stock isn't guaranteed until an order is confirmed and shipped.

Requests to change or cancel an order must be sent within 24 hours of purchase and before the order ships. Once processed or shipped, an order can't be changed or canceled.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States worldwide. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, and estimated delivery after shipping is 5–12 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees.

For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer's responsibility. Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted only on items that are unopened and in sealed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Anything worn, washed, opened, or altered is not eligible.

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The customer pays all return shipping costs and any associated duties or taxes.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items marked "Final Sale," gift cards, and anything returned opened or without original tags are not eligible.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the ROZMOB name, logo, graphics, and designs, is owned by ROZMOB and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROZMOB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us is treated as fraud, and we reserve the right to dispute it with full order and tracking records and to refuse future orders.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
